These terms outline how VegeDrone delivers aerial crop surveys, how you can use the data we provide, and where our responsibility ends. Please read them before booking a flight.
VegeDrone provides scheduled aerial surveys, multispectral imaging, vegetation index mapping, and soil moisture tracking for agricultural fields. Each survey is planned around your crop type, field size, and the specific questions you want answered. We do not guarantee specific yield outcomes or crop recovery; our role is to deliver accurate field data and clear recommendations based on what the sensors detect.
You agree to provide accurate field boundaries, crop details, and access information before each flight. You are responsible for ensuring that the survey area is free of obstacles that could interfere with flight safety, such as unmarked power lines or tall structures. If field conditions change between booking and the scheduled flight, you must inform us so we can adjust the flight plan accordingly.
Survey results are delivered as maps, index readings, and a written summary within the timeframe agreed at booking. The data reflects conditions at the time of the flight and is meant to support your decisions, not replace on-ground inspection. We recommend verifying any critical finding with a physical check before taking action such as pesticide application or irrigation changes.
VegeDrone is not liable for crop loss, reduced yield, or financial damage resulting from decisions made based on survey data. Weather conditions, sensor limitations, and unexpected field events can affect data accuracy. Our liability is limited to the cost of the survey itself. We do not accept responsibility for third-party equipment damage caused by unannounced obstacles or restricted airspace.
Either party may end a service agreement with written notice before the scheduled flight. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the flight, a rescheduling fee may apply. VegeDrone may pause or cancel surveys in unsafe weather, restricted airspace, or if field access is not provided as agreed. In such cases, we will offer a new flight slot rather than a refund.
We may update these terms as our survey methods or regulations change. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
