During working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST), you can expect a reply within four hours. Surveys scheduled for the same week get priority, so mention your field ID or flight date when you write. For urgent issues like a failed upload or a missing report, call the number on your invoice instead of emailing.
Email works best for report questions because we can attach the relevant maps and vegetation index files to the reply. Send your field name and the date of the flight, and the agronomist who processed that survey will pick it up. If you need a quick clarification on a single reading, a phone call is faster.
Yes. A demo flight covers a small section of your field, usually one to two acres, and includes a basic NDVI map plus a short walkthrough of what the data shows.
